If you want to be free from back pain then you must be proactive in your efforts to do so. If you spend 15 minutes a day and do these back exercises then your likelihood of avoiding back problems increases. As you keep doing them your back gets stronger and the exercises get easier. Want to prevent back pain? Try a few basic exercises to stretch and strengthen your back and supporting muscles. Repeat each exercise three or four times, then increase the number of repetitions as the exercise gets easier.
